Years ago, I went to Weight Watchers. I loved it. I lost 35 pounds and was so happy that I'd learned a new way to eat and be healthy. I didn't, however, like going to meetings every week. I couldn't travel or do what I wanted because I had to be at a place where there was a meeting. I did it, though, to get the tools I needed.
After that, when I needed to lose weight again (as we do from time to time... or at least I do), I would reuse my tools I learned and began to lose weight again. I remembered what I had forgotten.

I believe that people are intelligent and I want to get information to people to make an informed decision. If you need to lose weight, take a look.
